Fundamental Teachings of Islam 49 Du’ ā Manners of Du’ā Add Pics C Express glory to Allah )*!+ before you make Du’ā: For example, say: ا َﻟْﺤَﻤْﺪُ ﻟِﻠّٰ َْ Hِ ِ رَبِّ اﻟْﻌٰﻠَﻤ ɟ C Du’ā is accepted if made with Ṣ alāt-‘Alan-Nabī before and after it. For example, recite the following: ّٰ ȸ َﺎ رَﺳُ*ْلَ ا 5 َ َﻠَ"ْﻚ ʋ ُ َّﻠٰ*ةُ وَاﻟ@َّ?َم A ا َﻟ ّٰ ȸ َ ا Bْ"ِʏَ6 َﺎ 5 َ ْﺤٰﺒِﻚ Dَ ٰ ا ٰﻟِﻚَ وَا ʄَ ʋَ و C Keep your gaze down while making Du’ā. C Looking here and there during Du’ā may cause poor eyesight. C During Du’ā, raise both hands in the straightness of your chest. C Palms should face the sky during Du’ā. www.dawateislami.net
